Living partipatory tableau
Dimitri Chamblas joins forces with choreographer and dancer Zoé Lakhnati to create a large-scale participatory performance. Some forty residents take part, living out an augmented, dreamed, almost fictional version of themselves — and through them, we glimpse a portrait of the city at the scale of its own streets and squares. The distances that usually separate people collapse radically, forming a dense crowd, a compact body of bodies, a living monument resonating at the heart of a single place.

7 invites the city to slow down and let the grace of bodies unfold within the folds of its mysteries. The performance carries this journey further, composing a moving landscape in which bodies, vehicles, and everyday gestures become choreographic material. Drawn from local life, it conjures up solitary and collective presences in a slow, poetic procession, suspended between fiction and reality — a sensitive memory of the territory, turning its inhabitants into authors of one great, living, collective tableau.
